Reconnection Enquiry


  • Log-In to your Account with Username and Password.
  • You will see now an account holder logged In.


  • Roll over mouse cursor on Support tab and Click on the complaint to register your complaint.
  • Select Main Complaint Type: Accounts and Sub Complaint Type: Reconnection Enquiry   from list.
  • Describe your facing problem and click Submit button.
  • You will find In progress Complaints having Complaint Number, Complaint Type and Added Date.
  • Please complete all the steps.
